KidzBreak School Holiday Clinic
Since our opening in 2007, South Coast Gymnastics Academy has been providing high quality School Holiday programs to suit children aged 4 years to 14 years. This program is not only centered around one of the most popular children's sports in Australia but also incorporates many other fun and exciting active games and challenges. The best part is there is no gymnastics experience is required as the activities are developed for ability level. So no matter what your previous experience is, we have something for everyone.
Our certified and creative coaches set up different special themed circuits, obstacle courses, games and challenges.
Children should wear comfortable clothes to exercise in and closed in shoes for outdoors (weather permitting) as well as a jumper and change of clothes if necessary.
Food is NOT provided, and children will need to bring their own morning tea, lunch and snacks. Please NO NUT PRODUCTS ALLOWED. Water bottles are required.
Please note that some special themed days require additional equipment to be brought in on the day, for example super soaker mayhem (water pistol day) requires a towel, change of clothes, closed in shoes and your favourite water pistol. Please refer to booking forms to find out what themes there are on each day.
Half Day
