Birthday Parties at SCGA
Make their next birthday one to remember with an action-packed celebration at SCGA! Our two-hour gymnastics parties combine 90 minutes of gymnastics, games and exciting challenges led by our accredited coaches, followed by 30 minutes in your private party room for food, cake and celebrations with friends.
Our team keeps the kids entertained and the party moving, taking the pressure off parents so you can enjoy the special day too.
What's included?
Your SCGA party includes accredited coaches to lead and supervise the activities, 90 minutes of gymnastics and games, and 30 minutes in a dedicated party room to enjoy food and birthday cake. We also provide party invitations and lolly bags to help make organising the celebration even easier. Want to make the day extra special? Optional extras including catering and a jumping castle can be added to your party package.

Premium Gymnastics Party
Take the stress out of party planning with our fully hosted Premium Party. Your qualified SCGA party host will keep the celebration running with structured gymnastics activities, games and fun equipment set-ups, while you relax and enjoy the occasion.
You’ll have exclusive use of the venue for two hours, including a separate party room with access to kitchen and seating facilities.

Premium Ninja Party
For kids who love to run, climb, jump and conquer challenges, our Ninja Party puts an adventurous twist on the traditional SCGA celebration. Instead of focusing on gymnastics activities, guests take on ninja-style obstacle courses, team challenges, races and skill-based activities using the gym’s equipment. A qualified party host leads the action from start to finish, making it perfect for kids who love a challenge.

Focus on teamwork, communication, problem-solving and having fun together

Premium Corporate Party
Designed for gymnasts who are ready for additional training and want to progress towards more challenging skills and higher levels.
Longer training sessions provide additional time to develop strength and flexibility, practise routines and prepare for competitions and other selected events. SCGA recommends an assessment before entering this program.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We keep party planning simple — all you really need to bring is the birthday cake and the kids, and we’ll help take care of the fun! You’re more than welcome to bring additional decorations, tableware or personal touches to make the celebration your own. We just ask that decorations are not attached to walls or permanent fixtures and that anything you bring into the venue is removed and taken with you at the end of the party.
What should children wear? Children should wear comfortable, fitted activewear that allows them to move freely. Leggings, shorts and t-shirts are perfect. Long hair should be tied back, jewellery removed and activities are generally completed barefoot. What ages are SCGA parties suitable for? Our parties are designed for children of varying ages and abilities. Activities and equipment can be adjusted by our party hosts to create an experience appropriate for your group. Do children need gymnastics experience? Not at all! No previous gymnastics experience is required. Our qualified party hosts choose activities and challenges that allow everyone to get involved and have fun. Can parents stay and watch? Yes. Parents are welcome to stay throughout the party. How many children can attend? Weekday parties require a minimum of 10 participants, while weekend parties require a minimum of 15 participants. If you're planning a larger celebration, we can accommodate up to 35 participants. Can we bring our own food and birthday cake? Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake and party food. Kitchen and seating facilities are available during your booking. Catering can also be added to selected party packages if you'd prefer us to take care of the food. Do you offer catering? Yes. Party platters and pizzas can be arranged as an optional extra, with a minimum catering spend of $50. How long does a party run for? SCGA parties run for two hours, giving your group plenty of time for activities, games and birthday celebrations. Is the venue shared with other groups? No. Your party includes exclusive use of the venue for the two-hour booking, giving your group its own space to enjoy the celebration. Can we add the jumping castle? Yes! Our giant 5-metre jumping castle with slide can be added to eligible parties for an additional $50 per party. Are invitations and lolly bags included? Our Premium and Ninja party packages include invitations and lolly bags, helping take a few more jobs off your party-planning list. What happens if a child has an allergy or medical condition? Please let our team know about any allergies, medical conditions or additional needs before the party so our hosts can prepare appropriately. Food allergies should also be considered when organising catering or bringing food into the venue. What happens if we're running late? Please aim to arrive at the requested time so your party can begin as scheduled. As bookings are allocated specific time periods, arriving late may reduce the amount of activity or celebration time available. What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations, changes and refunds are subject to SCGA’s current party booking policy.
